When we take a tree down, we run the limbs and the trunk through a wood chipper. Some customers want to keep the wood chips, but most prefer us to haul them all away from their property. This is done with a chipper truck, basically a large container meant to store and transport the wood chips, the result of disposing of a tree that’s been cut down. There are many reasons to take down a tree. One of them is that the roots are affecting the structure of a building, and other reasons may be that the tree branches are too large and at risk for snapping, or that the tree is too big and its shade is causing mold on the house.
